Alcohol

We do sell alcoholic beverages at our games. Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the stadium. All guests are required to provide a photo I.D. when purchasing alcoholic beverages.

The legal drinking age in North Carolina is 21. The sale and service of alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21 or any visibly intoxicated person is prohibited.

The Boone Bigfoots reserve the right to remove any guest who is being unruly or disruptive due to his or her intoxication, as well as deny any individual who appears intoxicated during his or her entry into the stadium. 

Guests are not permitted to leave the stadium with alcoholic beverages. Employees monitoring the exits will request that the guests finish or dispose of alcoholic beverages before exiting the stadium.

Animals

Unfortunately we only allow service animals into the ballpark.

Autographs

For kids wanting players autographs, the best way for them to do so is by joining the Littlefoots. The best time to ask player for autographs are pre and post game. Autographs are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of the player(s).

Bags

We prefer bags to not be brought into the stadium. Exceptions will be made for Medical Bags no larger than what is required to transport necessary medical equipment, Diaper bags for guests accompanied by infant(s) and small purse bags. All bags will be checked at the gate.

Coolers

Ice chests and coolers of any kind are not allowed into the stadium. Exceptions will be made for guests with medical needs.

Emergency Evacuation

Should there be an immediate need to evacuate the stadium, guests will be given instructions via the public-address system. Guests are encouraged to take the following steps:

  • Be aware of your location in the stadium at all times.

  • Identify the closest exits located to your seats.

  • Listen, observe and follow instructions from the public-address system, video boards, and Bigfoots staff.

  • Ask for assistance and information from Bigfoots staff, and security personnel.

  • Do not panic. Guests are asked to remain calm, walk to the exits at a normal pace and proceed to the nearest safe area.

The entertainment aspect of Bigfoot's baseball is something that we take extreme pride in. We are a baseball team, but beyond providing competitive baseball, we take pride in providing fun fan entertainment for all the High Country to enjoy. Come see for yourself!

Entrances

All guests and fans will enter through the front the gate located at the stadium. Fans will either need to wait in line and purchase a ticket at the gate, or for those fans who have already purchased a ticket online can get in quicker by going in the scan tickets now line.

Family Friendly Atmosphere 

All Boone Bigfoots games provide a family friendly atmosphere. We want you to enjoy your time while you are at the ballpark, and invite all of your friends and family! If you ever feel uncomfortable at a game for any reason, please find a Bigfoots staff member to assist you.

Fan Interference

For the safety and enjoyment of all, guests are reminded to not interfere with a ball in play or trespass onto the playing field. Interference and trespassing are prohibited by Boone Bigfoots Baseball. Persons who violate this ordinance are subject to ejection and/or arrest and prosecution.

First Aid

If you are in need of first aid during your time at the stadium, find a Bigfoots staff member, or visit the concessions stand to find a Bigfoots staff for assistance. Whenever there is any doubt or question about the severity of a health emergency immediately call 911 or go to the Watauga Medical Center Emergency Room.

Game Times

All Sunday games are at 4:00PM ET and all other games are at 6:30PM ET. the starting times of some games are tentative and subject to change. The Boone Bigfoots reserve the right to change game times. Vist: https://www.bigfootsbaseball.com/tickets

Gate Openings

For each game, gates will open one hour prior to game time. Exceptions will be made for guest with medical needs as well execptions will be made for some games. We suggest you get to the stadium early, so that you are not having to wait in line to get into the stadium!

Interns / Internships

The Boone Bigfoots have a team of interns this summer to help out with multiple responsibilities at the ballpark this summer. Each intern is learning special skills devoted to their career paths as well as helpful life skills. This internship is designed for all interns to learn and practice new skills, work hard, but ultimately have a fun and entertaining summer. We are grateful for the help of all our awesome interns. Baseball and entertainment would be nothing without kids. All kids are welcomed and encouraged to attend Boone Bigfoots games! We ask that parents and guardians keep close watch on their kid(s) at all time during the games.

Lost and Found

To report or claim lost articles during a game, visit the concession stand.The Bigfoots keep lost items until the end of the season before donating/disposing of unclaimed items. If guests are retrieving lost items at the stadium (on a non-gameday), they must coordinate the pick-up of the item via email: bigfootsbaseball@gmail.com. 

Lost Children / Lost Adults

Lost Children / Lost Adults will be escorted to the front gate / concessions area. We will make an annoucement over the public-address system for any lost children or adults.

Outside food and drinks

We don’t allow outside food or beverages into the stadium. We have concessions food and drinks as well as alcohol for sale!

Parking

Parking is free at all Bigfoots games. The parking lot is located right infant of the stadium. Park at your own risk! The Bigfoots are not responsible for any damages to vehicles by balls, bats or any other damages.

In the event if over flow parking is needed, the gravel lot may be used for parking as well as the Greenwood lot which is located down the hill on the right from the driving entrance.

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from being brought into the stadium at Boone Bigfoots games: alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs, bats, glass bottles, bags, backpacks, ice chests, coolers of any kind (will only be permitted for medical needs); false identification (fake id); fireworks, firearms or other weapons (including knives, mace, pepper spray, tasers/stun guns and toy replicas of weapons); laser devices or pointers; skateboards, hoverboards and rollerblades; wrapped packages wherein the contents are not visible. The Boone Bigfoots reserve the right to prohibit any other items that seems necessary from being brought into the stadium.

Rain Outs / Delays

If less than 5 innings of a game (4 and 1/2 innings, if the Bigfoots are ahead) are played, fans can use their ticket ticket stub for another game.

During delays and particularly during lighting and thunder, fans will be asked to wait in their vehicles until the game resumes. Fans will be notified by a public-adress announcement, social media update post, as well as be notified by Bigfoots staff in the parking lots when it is safe to return to the stadium.

Re-Entry Policy

If you need exit the stadium during the game and would like to re-enter the stadium, please have your ticket stub with you to show your when you re-enter the stadium.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located inside the stadium. When entering the stadium, the womens restroom is located to the right of the concessions stand and the mens restroom is located to the left of the concessions stand.

Risks of Baseball

Guests assume all risks and dangers inherent in and incidental to the game of baseball and/or other events, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to, the actual playing of the game or event, including specifically (but not exclusively), the danger of being injured by thrown or batted balls, thrown or broken bats, bat fragments, persons (including other spectators), animals, or other items.Accordingly, neither the Bigfoots, nor their opponent, nor any of their respective players or coaches or staff, shall in any way be liable for injuries resulting from such causes. Guests must be vigilant at all times and must recognize the many elements that can distract their attention from the game or event.

Safety Alert

During all pregame practices/activities, through the game and post-game experience, hard hit baseballs and bats and fragments thereof may be thrown or hit into the stands. For the safety of every guest, all guests must stay alert and be aware of their surroundings. Protective netting surrounds a majority of the seating area, but not all. Guests who are concerned with their seat location should contact any Bigfoots staff member and inquire about the possibility of an alternate seat location. The Bigfoots urge guests to use caution when moving around the ballpark and while walking up and down the aisles and through the seating areas. Guests are also advised not to lean on, reach over, sit on or stand near railings.

Security

Guests and fans are discouraged from bringing bags into the stadium unless for medical or other important reasons. Bigfoots staff will be checking all bags brought into the stadium. Prohibited items such as weapons of any sort, cans, glass containers, or alcohol are not allowed into the ballpark at any time. (See Prohibited Items) for other items that are not allowed into the stadium.

Service Animal Policy

We welcome trained service animals recognized by federal law at Bigfoots games. "Service Animals" are defined individually animals trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Service animals must be leashed and under the control of their handler at all times. NO OTHER PETS OR ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED IN THE STADIUM.

Smoking & Tobacco 

Smoking and the use of any tobacco product is prohibited inside and outside of the stadium. Guests will be asked to leave the stadium without warning or refund if not followed.

Tailgating

Tailgating is allowed and encouraged in the parking lot outside of the stadium. Fans are not promited to bring their own food or beverages into the stadium.

Ticket Information

Tickets can be purchased prior to games online at https://www.bigfootsbaseball.com/tickets or at the gate of Bigfoots games. Ticket sales will start an hour prior to first pitch. We accept card and cash for tickets. To avoid waiting in lines, we suggest that guest purchase their tickets online ahead of time to avoid waiting in longer lines.
